Catch-up!! (RSS Feeds)

I think I am missing something with RSS Feeds. I will have to make them more useful to me, but right now it seems like more spam to weed through. What am I doing wrong? Anyway I will write more in my next posts. Hope everyone else is doing great in the challenge, and are not as far behind as me.
